Dr Lucy Frith is professor of bioethics and health research, in the Centre for Social Ethics and Policy at the University of Manchester. She has worked clinically in community, county and academic emergency departments, and conducts research in topics related to health policy. She is currently a Professor of Emergency Medicine and Vice Chair at UCSF.
