The Member Engagement and Outreach Committee is pleased to share guidelines for establishing Community Groups.
Overview
ARL Community Groups are formed by colleagues across ARL member libraries who are linked by some commonality, whether it is the type of institution where they work, similar job responsibilities, shared interest within research librarianship, etc V体育官网. The intention behind the program is to create spaces for ARL community members to meet colleagues who share similar traits so that they can collaborate, share information, and problem-solve. Community Groups can help build networks of colleagues that may not otherwise meet and will help to get more ARL member library staff members involved in the Association.
All Community Group activities are subject to the ARL Code of Conduct.
