"Again, there is a monstrous gulf between the highly professional approach and care delivered by Dr. Horwitz and her nurse versus virtual insanity of the scheduling process. The waiting room / reception staff was in the ""middle"" -- not sure they were ""happy in their work""."
I'm very picky when it comes to choosing a provider. I went years without having a PCP because I couldn't find one that I liked. Dr. Horowitz has been wonderful.

Dr. Amy Horwitz was spectacular. She showed the utmost care and compassion for me and my husband. She was thorough and thoughtful. I am so happy we found her to be our PCP.
I just love Dr. Horowitz. She takes time to listen to concerns and provides a plan of care that is appropriate for the medical issue. She is caring and empathetic. Her demeanor really puts me at ease. Dr. Horowitz is articulate and professional, but warm and personable. What a perfect blend for a PCP.
